THE NEW WORLD ORDER!

Good morning, blog readers, from foggy, misty and cool (32 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: 2 robins!

A dear brother in the Lord sent me a copy of the “New World Order UN Agenda 21/2030 Mission Goals” which should be a “wake up call” to all the believers in Jesus of where we, as a world, are headed:

#1. One World Government. #2. One World Cashless Currency. #3. One World Central Bank. #4. One World Military. #5. The end of National Sovereignty. #6. The end of all privately owned property. #7. The end of the Family unit. #8. DEPOPULATION, control of population growth and population density. #9. Mandatory multiple VACCINES. #10. Universal basic income (austerity) #11. Microchipped society for purchasing, travel, tracking and controlling. #12. Implementation of a world Social Credit System (like China has). #13. Trillions of appliances hooked into the 5G monitoring system (Internet of Things). #14. Government raised Children. #15. Government owned and controlled schools, colleges, universities. #16. The end of private transportation, owning cars, etc. #17. All businesses owned by government/corporations. #18. The restriction of nonessential air travel. #19. Human beings concentrated into human Settlement zones, cities. #20. The end of IRRIGATION. #21. The end of private farms and grazing livestock. #22. The end of single family HOMES. #23. Restricted land use that serves human needs. #24. The ban of natural non synthetic drugs and naturopathic medicine. #25. The end of fossil fuels.”

Sounds like hell to me! And, it will be under the rule of the Antichrist who will force you to worship him or die (Revelation 13). But, there’s good news from John 3:16 where Jesus said: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.”

So, the choice is yours: Jesus or Satan, heaven or hell. Please know, God wants you to go to heaven to live with Him there for all eternity. But, you have to agree with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). Then, you are to watch, wait, work, witness for, walk with and worship Jesus until He comes. Please know God loves you, I do too and am praying I’ll see you in heaven. Doug (4/2/24)

MANDATORY VACCINATIONS!

Good morning, blog readers, from sunny and cool (32 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, under clear skies, I saw: a deer and half of the moon!

The following headline, from Dr. Joseph Mercola, came as no surprise to me: “US Rolls Out Mandatory Adult Vaccination and Tracking Program.”

In the article, Dr. Mercola wrote: “This month, federal health officials are rolling out an adult immunization plan that contains a new Mandatory Adult Vaccination and Electronic Tracking Program. Public health officials will monitor Twitter and Facebook posts for anti-vaccine chatter that may indicate noncompliance with federal vaccine recommendations and state vaccine mandates. Public health agencies are urging Americans to fulfill their obligation to support and comply with the anti-choice requirement to relinquish responsibility for personal health and well-being to federally appointed health officials. The BioSafety (BS) Alert system will send out text message alerts to any cellphone within a 500-foot radius of one or more suspected individuals.”

“The measles outbreak in Disneyland is a prime example of how Americans are incapable of protecting their own health and making wise choices,” said a spokesman for the federally sponsored Anti-Choicers United Campaign. We are delighted that every state has pledged to move forward on bills to eliminate vaccine exemptions and support mandatory vaccine compliance, and we remind Americans that failure to vaccinate is a serious biothreat that simply will no longer be tolerated.”

Wow! Wow! Wow and Wow! Can you believe this is happening here in America? I thought we were, as Francis Scott Key wrote: “the land of the free and the home of the brave.” Not anymore. Now, I am being labeled “a serious biothreat” because I won’t submit to the government’s authority. All I can say is, “Come, Lord Jesus (I Corinthians 16:22)!” This reminded me of what Jesus said, in Luke 9:23, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow Me.” Sounds like we (I) might be put to the test real soon. This also reminded me of Hebrews 4:16 where the author prayed: “Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

And, if you are not a believer in Jesus, please agree with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16) And, if you do, I’ll see you in heaven. SAD, BUT HOPEFUL!

Good morning, blog readers, from cloudy and cool (42 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw and heard “Barky the dog” letting the neighbors and me know I was not welcome in his territory! Thank You, Lord, for a nice walk and keeping me safe!

Today, on this Easter or Resurrection Sunday, Christians around the world will gather to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and to proclaim the gospel that He died on a cross for our sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all our sins and give us eternal life (John 3:16).

Sadly, two days ago, President Joseph R. Biden Jr. issued “A Proclamation on Transgender Day of Visibility, 2024.” In the proclamation, President Biden wrote: “On Transgender Day of Visibility, we honor the extraordinary courage and contributions of transgender Americans and reaffirm our Nation’s commitment to forming a more perfect Union – where all people are created equal and treated equally throughout their lives.

I am proud that my Administration has stood for justice from the start, working to ensure that the LGBTQI+ community can live openly, in safety, with dignity and respect. I am proud to have appointed transgender leaders to my Administration and to have ended the ban on transgender Americans serving openly in our military. I am proud to have signed historic Executive Orders that strengthen civil rights protections in housing, employment, health care, education, the justice system, and more. I am proud to have signed the Respect for Marriage Act into law, ensuring that every American can marry the person they love.”

Doug: I thought it was interesting and, perhaps damning, that the President used the words “I am proud” 4 times in his proclamation. Let me remind you, Mr. President, in case you didn’t know, Solomon, the wisest man on the earth of his time, wrote in Proverbs 16:18, “Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before stumbling.” Just one more step, in my opinion, towards the downfall and, perhaps, destruction of the United States of America.

Mr. President, please hear what the apostle Paul had to say in I Corinthians 6:9-11: “Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.” But, there’s hope, as Paul continued: “Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of God.”

This last verse gives hope to all who have been involved in this lifestyle that change is possible with Christ as your Savior and Lord. So please, if you haven’t already done so, agree with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). FIRST TRIMESTER BIRTH PAINS?

Good morning, blog readers, from rainy and cool (34 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk in the rain with an umbrella, I did not see any of God’s creatures, got a little wet and still was able to walk my usual 2.1 miles. Thank You, Jesus!

Often overlooked in Jesus’ discourse with His disciples about His return is something He said in Matthew 24:7-8: “For nation will rise against nation (check), and kingdom against kingdom (check), and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes (check, check). But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pains.”

Now, as I have said before (which should not come as a surprise to you), I have never been pregnant, but have watched my wife in pregnancy to know a “little something” about it. And, as I have studied Bible prophecy, I have begun to see the correlation between Jesus’ use of the words “birth pains in relation to His coming. Since the medical world has divided up the sequence of birth pains into three trimesters, is it possible that there will be three trimesters of “birth pains” before Jesus returns?

Now, I have a theory. And, keep in mind, it is just a “theory.” Since the so-called “tribulation” is believed by some, including me, to be 7 years in length, is it possible that there will be three “trimesters of birth pains, leading up to Jesus’ return?” Now, you might think that would mean we would know the “day or the hour” of Jesus’ return” which He Himself said we won’t know in Mark 13:32. I would add, we still wouldn’t know when the first trimester begins. To me, the key words to monitor the “birth pains are: “frequency and intensity.” Jesus, in Mark 13:33, 35, 37, said: “Stay on the alert!” And, if you are not a believer in Jesus, why not become one today by agreeing with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). SHADES of ISAIAH 17:1?

Good morning, blog readers, from sunny and cold (23 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: a dog, a plane and a beautiful ring around the moon! Thank You, Jesus!

This headline, from yesterday’s Jewish News Syndicate, got my attention: “Several reportedly killed in alleged IAF (Israeli Air Force) strike near Damascus.”

In the article, the JNS staff reported: “An unknown number of people were killed on Thursday in an airstrike near Damascus attributed to the Israeli Air Force, per local reports. Sky News Arabia cited the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights as saying that ‘several’ Syrians working with Hezbollah terrorists were killed and five were wounded in the strike on a building in the Sayyidah Zaynab area, about six miles south of the country’s capital.

A Syrian government military source told state media agency SANA that the alleged Israeli attack also resulted in ‘material losses.’ At least 12 Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps members, including a top commander, were killed in an airstrike on Syria overnight on Monday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported on Tuesday.”

These attack in Syria always make me think of Isaiah 17:1 where the prophet wrote about 2,700 years ago, “Damascus is removed from being a city, and will become a fallen ruin!” Stay tuned!

Remember, Jesus told His disciples, in Matthew 24:6, Mark 13:7 and Luke 21:9 that, before and leading up to His return, “you will be hearing of wars and rumors of war.” Again, stay tuned!

All of which to say, “Jesus is coming!” And, while we will not know “the day or the hour” (Mark 13:32), I believe we will know the “season of His return,” based on the signs He gave us. Plus, He also said, in Luke 21:28: “But when ‘these things,’ that is, “the signs Jesus gave us, begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

So, if you are not a believer in Jesus, please, I beg of you, agree with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). And, if you do, I’ll see you in heaven! And, if you are a believer in Jesus, then simply: watch, wait, work, witness for, walk with and worship Jesus until He comes. Love, Doug (3/29/24)

TAIWAN RUMORS!

Good morning, blog readers, from clear and cold (27 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw Venus and a plane!

This headline, from Bill Koenig, caught my eye this morning: “Taiwan sounds alarm as 20 Chinese fighter jets and eight warships circle island.”

In the article, Koenig reported: “China has deployed more than 20 fighter jets and eight warships toward Taiwan, the self-ruled island’s defense ministry announced on Wednesday. The Chinese People’s Liberation Army sent 20 military aircraft and eight navy vessels around Taiwan in a 24-hour-window leading up to 6am local time Wednesday, Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense said. Of these, 14 fighter jets crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait – an unofficial boundary that spans over 90 miles wide and is regarded a buffer zone between the island and China.”

And Jesus said to His disciples, in Matthew 24:6, “You will be hearing of wars and rumors of war.” See that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end.”

You may remember, a while back, I wrote about Russia threatening Ukraine with war and then going to war with Ukraine: a “rumor of war becoming a war.” Could it be we will see history repeating itself between China and Taiwan? I certainly hope not. But, with the world the way it is right now, I wouldn’t be surprised. So, stay tuned, dearly beloved in Christ, and fix your eyes on Jesus (Hebrews 12:2) and keep them there that “whatever may come,” a beautiful song by Jeremy and Adrienne Camp, you and I will report for duty and serve Jesus until He comes.

STORMS & QUAKES!

Good morning, blog readers, from cloudy, windy and cool (25 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk in a strong westerly wind, I did not see any of God’s creatures, but enjoyed my walk! Thank You, Jesus!

This recent (3/24/24) headline, from Nexstar Media, got my attention this morning: ‘Severe’ geomagnetic storm conditions impacting Earth, NOAA says: What to know.”

In the article, Addy Bink reported: “A major geomagnetic storm is impacting Earth, the NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center (SWPC) said Sunday afternoon. The U.S., however, may not see the aurora commonly associated with such celestial events. Saturday, the SWPC issued geomagnetic storm watches through Monday as a coronal mass ejection was on track to impact Earth. ” Remember, Jesus said, in Luke 21:25, 26, “And there will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and upon the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and waves, men fainting from fear and the expectation of the things which are coming upon the world; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.”

And, speaking of “shaking,” over the last 24 hours, the USGS reported a “strong” (6.4) earthquake in the Vanuatu Region and a number of quakes (7) to be exact,, including a “moderate” (5.7) quake near Port Orford, Oregon (population: 1133, as of 2010). Stay tuned!

As some of you know, by the grace of God, I have written and had published 5 books. And now, I am writing a sixth book, “Discernment,” which I firmly believe is lacking in many of our churches today. THREATS & VICTORY!

Good morning, blog readers, from cloudy, rainy and cool (47 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: 4 deer and 3 bunnies! Thank You, Jesus!

This recent (3/21/24) headline, from JNS (Jewish News Syndicate), sadly got my attention this morning: “FBI: Since October 7, ‘almost every major terrorist organization in the world’ has threatened the U.S.”

The JNS staff reported: “The Unites States has been in a ‘heightened terrorism threat environment” since Hamas’ October 7 attack on Israel, and almost every major terrorist organization in the world, including Al-Qaeda, and ISIS, have called for terror attacks against the United States, an FBI official testified before the House Committee on Homeland Security.”

“We’ve also seen an uptick in threats against the Jewish community here in the United States and abroad,” said Robert Wells, assistant director of the bureau’s counterterrorism division. We remain concerned about threats from lone actors or small cells radicalized to violence online. In addition, we are very focused on the threat posed by the more traditional foreign terrorist organizations and the state-sponsored terrorism threat from Iran,” added Wells in his testimony on Wednesday.”

Certainly, there is enough “bad news” out there in the world to frighten us. And yet, this made me think of Scriptures like: Psalm 113:6-7 where the psalmist wrote: “For he (the righteous man) will never be shaken; he will not fear evil tidings; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord.” Then, there is Psalm 32:7 where David wrote: “You (God) are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance.”

Yes, dearly beloved in Christ, there’s enough in the daily news to be scared about. But, remember, this is not our home. And, one day, Jesus will come and take us out of this messy and evil world to our heavenly home where all will be safe and glorious for eternity. Glory to God!

And, if you are not a believer in Jesus, please know you will spend your eternity in hell, along with the devil and his demons. The choice is yours. Please choose wisely and agree with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). And, believe me, you will be eternally grateful!

MORE SIGNS in the SUN!

Good morning, blog readers, from cloudy and cool (36 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: 2 deer! Thank You, Jesus!

This headline, from yesterday’s EarthSky, got my attention this morning: “Sun news for March 24, 2024: 17 M flares from 1 sunspot region.”

In the article, Dr. C. Alex Young reported: “The sun experienced a crazy amount of flaring over the past day, exclusively from sunspot region AR3615. The region just kept popping off flares, 17 M flares which are .moderately strong flares, one step below X. It produced 17 M flares in the past day. Many C flares were actually just below the threshold to make them M-class events.”

Now, I am not a scientist but, if you have been following my blog over the past 17-18 years, you know that Jesus, in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21, gave us some “signs” to look for, leading up to His return, including “signs in the sun, the moon and the stars” (Luke 21:25, 26) and “earthquakes in various places” (Matthew 24:7, Mark 13;8 and Luke 21:11).

And, He also gave us another clue to look for when He told us that these “signs” would come like “birth pains,” (Matthew 24:8) meaning that they will increase in “frequency and intensity,” as we get closer to His return.” So, stay tuned, dearly beloved in Christ and keep watching, waiting, working, witnessing for, walking with and worshiping Jesus until He comes. And, if you are not a believer in Jesus, please know your eternity is at stake and that, if you don’t become a believer in Jesus, you will spend your eternity in hell. But, there’s “good news.!” Jesus died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). THE WHOLE TRUTH!

Good morning, blog readers, from cold (28 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk under a light snow, I saw: 4 deer! Thank You, Jesus!

Yesterday, I received a beautiful song, from a dear friend and fellow blogger, called: “Whatever May Come” by Adrienne and Jeremy Camp which I would highly recommend to y’all from here in southern Wisconsin!

I don’t know about you, but I just love to sing both old hymns and new praise songs. Sometimes, I just turn on my computer and find one of my favorites and sing along with the artist. And then, another of my favorites will appear, and I’ll sing some more and more and more. Some of my favorites are: Wonderful, Merciful Savior, It’s About the Cross, Mary, Did You Know? I Can Only Imagine, And Can It Be? Be Thou My Vision, Be Unto Your Name, and now “Whatever May Come.”

Those of you who have followed my blog, know that I’m a “trivia” kind-of- guy who studies “earthquakes” and “prophecy” and have written five books with a sixth, “Discernment,” on the way because I believe most of the churches and Christians of today do not know how to “discern truth from error.”

Okay, enough of me. So, let me ask you: “How are you doing spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally?” Is there anything I can be praying about for you, your family and/or friends. As a pastor of 40+ years, plus a volunteer hospital and police chaplain for almost that long, the Lord has blessed me with all kinds of experiences (good and bad) which have blessed, humbled and helped me to help others on this journey called “life.” Please know I am praying for you, either for your salvation or sanctification (becoming more like Christ). Time to go to worship and fellowship with my brothers and sisters in Christ. Oh, and I almost forgot to ask: “Are you a believer in Jesus?
