MORE SIGNS in the SUN!

Good morning, blog readers, from cloudy and cool (36 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: 2 deer! Thank You, Jesus!

This headline, from yesterday’s EarthSky, got my attention this morning: “Sun news for March 24, 2024: 17 M flares from 1 sunspot region.”

In the article, Dr. C. Alex Young reported: “The sun experienced a crazy amount of flaring over the past day, exclusively from sunspot region AR3615. The region just kept popping off flares, 17 M flares which are .moderately strong flares, one step below X. It produced 17 M flares in the past day. Many C flares were actually just below the threshold to make them M-class events.”

Now, I am not a scientist but, if you have been following my blog over the past 17-18 years, you know that Jesus, in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21, gave us some “signs” to look for, leading up to His return, including “signs in the sun, the moon and the stars” (Luke 21:25, 26) and “earthquakes in various places” (Matthew 24:7, Mark 13;8 and Luke 21:11).

And, He also gave us another clue to look for when He told us that these “signs” would come like “birth pains,” (Matthew 24:8) meaning that they will increase in “frequency and intensity,” as we get closer to His return.” So, stay tuned, dearly beloved in Christ and keep watching, waiting, working, witnessing for, walking with and worshiping Jesus until He comes. And, if you are not a believer in Jesus, please know your eternity is at stake and that, if you don’t become a believer in Jesus, you will spend your eternity in hell. But, there’s “good news.!” Jesus died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16).
