Good morning, blog readers, from cloudy and cool (28 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I did not see any of God’s creatures, but was thankful I was able to walk and make it home safely! Thank You, Jesus!

Yesterday, I reported on a “major” (7.6 earthquake) in the Philippines which was followed by 5 “strong” (6.0, 6.2, 6.2, 6.4, 6.6) and 40 “moderate” (5.0-5.8) quakes.

This morning, some 24 hours later, on the USGS website, I found 6 “strong” (6.0, 6.2, 6.2 6.4, 6.6, 6.9) and 50 “moderate” (5.0-5.8) quakes in the same area! Now, remember, the Lord Jesus, in Matthew 24:7 and Mark 13:8, said there would be “earthquakes in various places” before His return.

Interestingly enough, Dr. Luke in his gospel (21:11), recorded Jesus as saying that, before His return, “there will be great earthquakes” which, according to the USGS would be 8.0+ on the Richer Scale!

And, speaking of “more of the same,” there was this recent headline from the Gatestone Institute: “Iran’s Regime Soon to have Nuclear Bombs; Hezbollah Is Next.”

Majid Rafizadeh wrote: “The threat of a nuclear-armed Iran must not be underestimated. Iran’s regime has frequently threatened, along with Israel’s Muslim neighbors (Psalm 83:1-8) to wipe a whole country – Israel – off the map.,” according to the prophecy of Psalm 83:1-8. But, according to the prophecy of Ezekiel 38-39, Persia (modern-day Iran), Russia and a host of other nations will try to take some kind of a “spoil from Israel, only to be destroyed by the Lord God Himself.

Yes, dearly beloved in Christ, these are exciting and, I believe, prophetic times in which we live when we may actually see some of Bible prophecy fulfilled. Jesus told His disciples then and now to “be on the alert (Mark 13:33, 35, 37) and redeem the time because the days are evil (Ephesians 5:16).”

And, if you are not a believer in Jesus, please become one today by agreeing with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). Good morning, blog readers, from cloudy and cool (32 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: one deer!

As many on you know, I have been following earthquakes for some time (17 years and counting) and have noticed some “earthquakes in different places” which Jesus said would be one of the “signs” leading up to His return.

And, while many of them haven’t increased much in intensity, they have been increasing in volume. For instance, this past week, there were: 41 “moderate” (5.0-5.9) quakes and 1 “strong” (6.5) quake in 21 different places: Alaska, Argentina, Bangladesh, Chile, China, Ecuador, Fiji, Guadeloupe, the Indian Ocean Junction, Japan, the Northern Mariana Islands, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Russia, the Solomon Islands, the South Sandwich Islands, Taiwan, Tonga, Vanuatu and the Windward Islands. Lord willing, I’ll check this again next Saturday and let you know what I find.

Also of note was this headline from The Times of Israel: “Iran’s Revolutionary Guards announce that two of its officers were killed in Syria. The announcement comes after an airstrike in Syria that was blamed on Israel. The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps says Mohammad Ali Atai Shoorcheh and Panah Taghizadeh were ‘martyred’ while on an advisory mission to Syria, blaming the ‘Zionists’ for their deaths. Israeli airstrikes hit several points on the outskirts of Damascus overnight. Syrian state media reported, resulting in some damage.”

So, what’s the big deal, you might ask? Well, the prophecy of Isaiah 17:1 states that, at some time in the future (perhaps even in our lifetime), “Damascus will be removed from being a city and will become a fallen ruin.”

Stay tuned, as the “signs of the Lord’s return,” seem to be increasing in frequency and intensity, like “birth pains” which Jesus said they would in Matthew 24:8. So, if you are not a believer in Jesus, please become one today by agreeing with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). This headline, from a recent Technocracy News and Trends, really got my attention: “The Humanoid Invasion Is Coming, Like It or Not!”

In the article, Leo Hohmann reported: “With AI and industrial robots cometh the humanoids. Elon Musk is in a race with China to see who will lead the world in mass production. Powered by AI, they will be super-capable to step into roles like caregiver, nanny, medical assistant, paralegal, robocop and more. Technocrats build because they can, not because there is a moral or ethical mandate to do so. As such, they are on a trajectory to destroy what it means to be human.” – the TN Editor

Wow! Wow! Wow and Wow! How scary and evil! But, not surprising for those of us who are “born again” and know Jesus as our Savior Who, in the Book of Revelation, warns us of evil reigning on earth for a season under the “unholy trinity” of satan, the antichrist and the false prophet, all of whom will be ultimately destroyed by the Lord Jesus Christ when He returns to set up His kingdom on earth. Yes, I believe Jesus is coming and, maybe, sooner than later. But, as Christians, we need to be ready for tougher times and challenges to get the gospel out to the lost, “redeeming the time for the days are evil,” as Paul put it in Ephesians 5:16.

So, if you are a believer in Jesus, keep watching, waiting, working, witnessing for, walking with and worshiping Jesus until He comes. And, if you are not, then please, agree with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). Good morning, blog readers, from mostly clear and cool (32 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: Venus, a big circle around the moon and 2 deer! Thank You, Jesus!

This headline, from yesterday’s EarthSky, really got my attention this morning: “Sun activity: Almost-X flare! Auroras incoming!”

In the article, C. Alex Young, Raul Cortes and Armando Caussade reported: “Bam! The sun almost reached X flare levels with an M9.8 released at 19:50 UTC on November 28. An X-flare is the strongest category of solar flare. This almost-X came from sunspot region AR3500 near the center of the sun’s disk. It sent a CME (coronal mass ejection) straight toward Earth. Space weather forecasters at NOAA predict this blob of sun-stuff will reach Earth on November 30 (today).”

And Jesus said, in Luke 21:25-27, “There will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and on earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves, men fainting from fear and the expectation of the things which are coming upon the world; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.”

Yes, dearly beloved, Jesus is coming! And, even though we will not know the “day or the hour (Mark 13:32),” I believe we will know the “season” of His return when all the signs Jesus gave us in Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 converge. He said, in Luke 21:28, “But when these things (the “signs”) begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

So, stay tuned, dear brothers and sisters in Christ, and watch for the signs to come like “birth pains” (Matthew 24:8), increasing in frequency and intensity, as we get closer to His return. Good morning, blog readers, from clear and cold (19 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: the stars shining brightly to the glory of God (Psalm 19:1) and 2 deer! Thank You, Jesus!

This headline, from Chabad.ORG, caught my eye: “Why On Earth Do We Need a Third Temple?”

In the article, Tzvi Freeman wrote: “Healing the world becomes a more attractive idea every year. Same with Jewish unity and the de-scattering of the Jewish people. But this idea of a Third Temple in Jerusalem on the other side of the Western Wall – why must that be a part of the equation? On the contrary, outwardly, it doesn’t seem like a good plan for peace, especially considering the location.

Yet construction of the Third Temple is not just another element of the ingathering of the exiles. It’s the key. From the classic sources, it seems that when it comes time for all the Jewish people to return to their land, the Temple will need to be built first. For some reason, the whole process can’t kick off until then.

Of course that doesn’t mean you can jumpstart the Messianic Era simply by rearranging the Temple Mount architecture. Fixing the symptoms doesn’t arrest the cause, and the cause of our exile is something much more fundamental than landscaping.

Rather, when G-d decides that the underlying causes have been resolved and it’s time to bring the Jewish people back to their land and get His world back in order, changes will occur that will allow us to peacefully start construction (you’ll have to consult Him for more data on that). Once the temple is up and running, all of humanity will be uplifted and attracted to it, and Jews will appear out of the woodwork to return. That in turn will serve as the catalyst for world peace.”

Now keep in mind I am not Jewish, but a Gentile believer in Jesus of Nazareth as the Messiah and Savior. And, as I have studied the Hebrew Scriptures or, as we Gentiles like to call it, the “Old Testament,” I am well aware that there will, one day, be a rebuilt Temple in Jerusalem based on Scriptures like Daniel 9:27 where a man (known to Christians as the “Antichrist,” will, at some time in the future, sign a “peace treaty with “the many” (not all) in Israel for seven years,” only to break it halfway through, go into the temple, stop the sacrifices and declare to the world that he is God!

Jesus called this the “abomination of desolation” in Matthew 24:15 which will lead to, get this, the “worst time in human history” which you can read about, if you dare, in verses 16-24.

So, yes, there will be a third temple. But, a lot still has to happen before it is built. So, stay tuned and make sure you know and believe in Jesus as your Messiah and Savior, so that, one day, you will worship and serve Him to the glory of God in the Messianic Era and temple. Good morning, blog readers, from clear and very cold (10 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk which was cut short due to the cold, I saw Venus shivering in the sky! Thank You, Jesus, for keeping me warm along my walk!

This recent headline, from Live Science, got my attention: “Earth slammed by ultra-powerful ‘goddess particle’ cosmic ray, and we have no idea where it came from.”

In the article, Harry Baker reported: “Researchers recently detected an ‘ultra-high-energy cosmic ray, which is the most powerful since the famous ‘Oh my God’ particle was detected in 1991. They have no idea where it came from. The extremely energetic particle, which has been named after a Japanese goddess, arrived from the direction of a void in the universe where almost nothing is known to exist, according to new research.

Researchers from Ozaka Metropolitan University described the recent cosmic ray in a new study that was published in the journal Science on November 24. They named the mysterious particle ‘Amaterasu’ after the sun goddess from the Shinto religion who is believed to have helped create Japan.”

Note: While the science world continues to try and figure out where this “particle” came from, let me offer one of my favorite ideas from the “signs” the Lord Jesus gave us leading up to His return to the earth . He said, in Luke 21:25-27, “And there will be signs in the sun, the moon and the stars, and upon the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves, men fainting from fear and the expectation of the things which are coming upon the world; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then they will see the Son of Man (Jesus) coming in a cloud with power and great glory.”

Yes, dearly beloved in Christ, He is coming! And, you don’t even have to read Revelation to know that. Read Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 and you will learn of 8 “signs” which Jesus said will come, like “birth pains” (Matthew 24:8), increasing in frequency and intensity until He comes. He also told His disciples, in Mark 13:33, 35, 37, to “be on the alert.” How? By watching, waiting, working, witnessing for, walking with and worshiping Jesus until He comes.

And, if you are not a believer in Jesus, please become one today because you don’t know if you will have a tomorrow. Simply agree with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). This headline, from yesterday’s Gatestone Institute, caught my eye: “Biden About to Betray Israel.”

In the article, Con Coughlin wrote: “Seven weeks into Israel’s military offensive to destroy Hamas as a military and political entity, the Biden administration now seems to be adopting a very different stance, one where it appears ready to scale down its commitment to supporting Israel’s right to self-defense, and destroying Hamas, in favor of a ceasefire that would essentially gift victory to Hamas.

PM Netanyahu has made no secret of his personal reservations about the hostage deal, arguing that any pause in Israel’s military offensive would simply allow Hamas to regroup. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), in particular, had been opposed to the deal because they wanted to maintain the pressure against Hamas on the ground in Gaza.”

Let me remind you again what God says, in His Word (Zechariah 2:8), about Israel: “For thus says the Lord of hosts, ‘After glory He has sent me against the nations which plunder you, for he who touches you, touches the apple of God’s eye.'”

Note: I am thinking (and I could be wrong), without our ongoing support of Israel against her enemies, this could very well lead to the defeat and even destruction of the United States of America. So, stay “on the alert” (Mark 13:33, 35, 37), dearly beloved in Christ, and keep watching, waiting, working, witnessing for, walking with and worshiping Jesus until He comes.

Good morning, blog readers, from snowy and cold (25 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I did not see any of God creatures, but reflected on Isaiah 1:18 where the prophet wrote: “Come now, and let us reason together,” says the Lord, “though your sins are as scarlet, they will be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they will be like wool.” And all because of the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. Glory to God!

Yesterday, for the first time, I led a Bible Prophecy Conference on the subject of “What in the World Is Going On?” In it, I shared Scripture, particularly from Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 where Jesus gave His disciples then and now various “signs” (many of which are happening today), causing me to believe Jesus’ coming may very well be sooner rather than later.

Question: “Do you know any of the “signs” leading up to Jesus return?” You should because, if you don’t, you might be deceived by false prophets, Christs and miracles, as Jesus said in Matthew 24:1-14.

Personally, I believe the Lord has laid upon my heart a desire to teach Bible prophecy to churches within a 50 mile area from Hartford, Wisconsin where I live. Good morning, blog readers, from cloudy and cold (19 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I did not see any of God’s creatures, but was thankful I could walk!

Lord willing, this morning, I will be leading a Bible Prophecy Conference on the subject: “What in the world is going on?” And, I will be using Scriptures like Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 where Jesus gives us some clues, actually “signs,” which will lead up to His return.

I will also be talking about the significance of what is going on in the Middle East with Israel and her neighbors which, I believe, was prophesied by one of King David’s chief musicians, Asaph, some 400 to 1,400 years ago.

I don’t know about you, but I am so thankful and excited about what God has revealed to us, in His Word, about the future and not just in Revelation. For instance, in Zephaniah 1:7-18, you can read about the so-called “Day of the Lord” which will be when God pours out the full fury of His wrath and judgment upon the earth. Please know, you don’t want to be around for that. But, you don’t have to be by simply agreeing with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16).
