HERE COME the KINGS!

Good morning, blog readers, from cloudy and cool (30 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: 2 deer! Thank You, Jesus!

This morning-headline, from the Gatestone Institute, really got my attention: “US Lack of Resolve Incentivizing China on Taiwan.”

In the article, Lawrence Kadish reported: “Bluntly put, the nations of the Free World have allowed global commerce to be held hostage by the revolutionary group of theocrat terrorists in Iran and their tribal terrorist tool in Yemen. The primary problem seems to be that so far at least, there has been no attempt to hold the ringleader accountable economically, militarily, hold-on-power or any way. This, incidentally, is the same Iranian regime that has lately escalated its enrichment of uranium to near-nuclear weapons capability (thanks to the U.S. government), and has now moved a warship to the Red Sea. That is why the Iranian regime has proxies: so that they will do the dirty work and take the hits – while the Iranians tuck into dinner. You can be sure Communist China’s leaders are closely evaluating the inadequate US responses to more than 100 attacks on US forces in Syria and Iraq – just since October.”

Now, let me remind you, from God’s prophetic word, that the Lord God Himself will take care of Israel’s enemies, including her Muslim neighbors (Psalm 83 and Isaiah 17:1), Russia, Iran, Libya, Turkey (Ezekiel 38-39) and others, eventually, China, North Korea, the other “kings from the east” (Revelation 16:12-16), the antichrist and the false prophet (Revelation 19:20, 21) when Jesus returns to the earth to set up His kingdom for 1,000 years (Revelation 19:11-21) and, finally, the devil himself (Revelation 20:7-10).

Just think of a world without the unholy trinity of Satan, the antichrist, false prophet and their demons and a new heaven and a new earth for eternity with God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit, their angels and all the saints with glorified bodies in a “new heaven and a new earth” (Revelation 21-22). I can’t wait. But, wait I must and watch, work, witness for, walk with and worship Jesus until He comes. And, if you are not a believer in Jesus, you still have time to become one by agreeing with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). BAD & SAD NEWS for 2024!

Good morning, blog readers, from cloudy, windy and cold (23 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: a deer and a dog! Thank You, Jesus!

Here are some troubling and, perhaps prophetic, headlines for the New Year:

#1. Airborne Vaccine Developed to Vaccinate Public Without Consent (The Signal)

#2. 2024 Forecast (Patrick Wood)

#1. In the first article, I read: “As the research has constantly flowed in on the vaccines hurriedly pushed on the public during the pandemic, it has become clear that vaccinations did not stop the spread of the virus, that those vaccinated got the virus any way, and that those not vaccinated who developed natural antibodies were just as protected.

Of course, at the same time, the shot was experimental but now there is more information available causing citizens of the U. S. to decline further shots. The shot is now connected through data to various health problems such as heart attacks and stroke. Sudden deaths across the nation have been suggested to be connected to vaccinations and other drugs.

However, it seems that there is an effort to continue to push vaccines and the researchers are not held back by anything as limiting as consent. Yale University has been researching ways to deliver vaccines rather than get the consensual shot. It is now revealed that a team of scientists at Yale has developed a new form of ‘airborne’ mRNA vaccine that can be rapidly deployed among the public to vaccinate the masses without consent. The new airborne method delivers mRNA right into people’s lungs, bypassing the need for voluntary injections” (and can be used as a bioweapon).

#2. Patrick Wood wrote: “2023 Was Year One of the New World Order. First, a Trilateral Commission member addressed their plenary meeting held in New Delhi, India, on March 12, 2023: “Three decades of globalization – defined as integrated, fee-market based and deflationary – has been replaced by what will be a multidecade period of globalization defined as fragmented, not-free-market-based but industrial-policy based and structurally inflationary. This year, 2023, is Year One of this new global order.

They are not playing fiddle sticks here. I got the message loud and clear. And, so did Klaus Schwab and his World Economic Forum cult. I wrote on March 17 about what was at stake: The Trilateral Commission, acting as the quarterback, has relayed the call to the WEF that “This year 2023, is Year One of this new global order.” In other words, pull out all the stops. The Great Reset has arrived. Execute the battle plan to terminate capitalism and free market economics.” Doug: “Wow & Wow!

Dearly beloved in Christ, are you ready for this roller coaster ride of a world takeover by our enemies (the devil, his demons and side kicks at the UN, the WEF, WHO, just to name a few)? So, buckle up and “stay on the alert,” as Jesus told us in Mark 13:33, 35, 37 while watching, waiting, working, witnessing for, walking with and worshiping Jesus until He comes. QUAKES & TSUNAMIS!

Good morning, blog readers, from cloudy and cool (26 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: 2 deer! Thank You, Jesus!

This morning’s headline, from the AP (Associated Press), really got my attention: “Japan issues tsunami warnings after a series of very strong earthquakes shook its western coastline.”

In the article, the Tokyo AP staff reported: “Japan issued tsunami alerts and ordered evacuations following a series of earthquakes on Monday that started a fire and trapped people under rubble on the west coast of its main island. The Japan Meteorological Agency reported more than a dozen quakes off the boast of Ishikawa and nearby prefectures shortly after 4 pm, one of them with a preliminary magnitude of 7.6 for Ishikawa and lower-level tsunami warnings for the rest of the western coast of the island of Honshu, as well as the northernmost of its main islands, Hokkaido. Japanese public broadcaster NHK TV warned torrents of water could reach as high as 5 meters (16.5 feet) and urged people to flee to high land or the top of a nearby building as quickly as possible. The Meteorological Agency said in a nationally broadcast news conference that more major quakes could hit the area over the next week, especially in the next two or three days.”

Let me remind you, Jesus told His disciples, in Matthew 24:7, Mark 13:8 and Luke 21:11, that, one of the “signs” leading up to His return would be “earthquakes in various places.” And, in Luke’s gospel, the good doctor added one word: “great” earthquakes which, according to the USGS would be anything over an 8.0 on the Richter Scale.” And, if you want to see what a couple of these look like, check out Revelation 11:13 and 16:17-21.

So, as I have said before, “stay tuned,” or as Jesus said, in Mark 13:33, 35, 37, “Stay on the alert.” And, how do we do that? By watching, waiting, working, witnessing for, walking with and worshiping Jesus until He comes. ANOTHER RUMOR to WAR?

Good morning, blog readers, from cloudy and cool (29 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I did not see any of God’s creatures! Thank You, Jesus, that I was still being able to walk!!

This recent headline from Newsweek got my attention this morning: “Biden Warns US Military May Get Pulled Into Direct Conflict With Russia.”

In the article, Kaitlin Lewis reported: “President Biden warned that the United States is at risk of being pulled into a direct conflict with Russia if the Kremlin succeeds in its war against Ukraine. Biden’s statement follows Russia’s massive aerial attack across Ukraine on Friday. Kyiv air force officials said that about 110 missiles struck Ukraine, hitting hospitals, residential buildings and a shopping center. At least 31 citizens were killed in the attack and another 120 wounded, according to Ukraine officials cited by Reuters.

“Overnight, Russia launched its largest aerial assault on Ukraine since this war began,” Biden said in a statement released Friday. It is a stark reminder to the world that, after nearly two years of this devastating war, Putin’s objective remains unchanged. He seeks to obliterate Ukraine and subjugate its people. He must be stopped.”

Lewis continued: “The 22-month long war has raised tensions between Russia and members of the NATO alliance, who have supported Ukraine’s fight through billions of dollars in military aid and weaponry. Support for Kyiv, however, has started to waver in countries like the U.S., where Republican lawmakers have blocked sending additional funding to Ukraine unless a deal can be reached that also boosts aid for America’s immigration system.”

Let me remind you again that Jesus, in Matthew 24:6, Mark 13:7 and Luke 21:9, told His disciples then and now that, before His return: “You will be hearing of wars and rumors of war.” And now, in addition to the Russia-Ukraine war, we have the Israel-Hamas war which has been joined by Iran, Lebanon, the Huthis and other Jew-hating countries in the Middle East. All I can say is “stay tuned” and get ready for more rumors of war turning into wars which, more than likely will involve the USA, perhaps, even on our own soil.

Yes, dearly beloved in Christ, He is coming! The “signs” of His return are happening right before our eyes. And, if you don’t believe me, read Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21. Then, watch the news to see if what Jesus said would happen, before His return, is happening. POTENTIAL PROPHECIES for 2024?

Good morning, blog readers, from mostly clear and cool (25 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: 4 deer! Thank You, Jesus!

Here are some of my ideas for the possibility of Bible prophecies to be fulfilled in 2024:

#1. An increase in not only “wars and rumors of war, but also “ethnic wars” (Matthew 24:6, 7; Mark 13:7, 8; Luke 21:9). Also, the continuation of war between Israel and her Muslim neighbors which, eventually, Israel will win (Psalm 83).

#3. The leveling of Damascus as a city (Isaiah 17:1).

#4. Russia, Iran, Turkey, Libya and a host of other nations leaving one war to go down to Israel to “capture spoil, seize silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods (Ezekiel 38:1-13).”

5. Pure, red heifers validated in Israel in September, 2024, after two years without a blemish (Numbers 19:1-10).

6. More famines and larger earthquakes in various places (Matthew 24:7; Mark 13:8 and Luke 21:11. Note: Dr. Luke added: “there will be great earthquakes” (8.0+ on the Richter Scale).

7. Leave it to Dr. Luke to add: “There will be plagues in various places (Luke 21:11).”

8. A continued “increase of lawlessness” in America and around the world (Matthew 24:12).

9. An increase in “apostasy” in the church, that is, “Christians” falling away from the true faith in Christ (Matthew 24:10).

10. The “gospel of the kingdom” shall be preached in the whole world (Matthew 24:14).

11. An increase in “false prophets, false Christs and false miracles to mislead, if possible, the very elect (Matthew 24:24).”

All I can say is: “Stay tuned and make sure you know Jesus as your Savior and Lord, that He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). ISRAEL under ATTACK BIG TIME!

Good morning, blog readers, from misty and cool (34 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: 6 deer and a bunny! Thank You, Jesus!

This headline, from The Independent, got my attention this morning: “Israel readies for war on 7 fronts as attacks recorded in neighboring countries.”

War is nothing new in Israel. In fact, she has been under attack, from her neighbors and other nations since she became a nation in 1948. In an address to the Israeli government on Tuesday, Yoav Gallant, the country’s defense minister and one of only three members of its war cabinet, said they were coming under attack from Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, the West Bank, Iraq, Yemen and Iran . Note: All of whom, with the exception of Iran are mentioned in Psalm 83, in a plot to “wipe them (Israel) out as a nation, that the name of Israel be remembered no more.”

Personally, I believe (and I could be wrong) Israel will defeat her enemies by her “exceedingly great army” (Ezekiel 37:10) which then sets the stage for a future invasion of Russia, Iran, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Ethiopia, Turkey (some say Germany) to Israel to, get this, “capture a spoil of silver, gold, cattle and goods.” And, just when it looks like Israel is doomed, the Lord God Himself comes to Israel’s defense and destroys this massive army of invaders which, if you don’t believe me, you can see for yourself in Ezekiel 38-39. And, if you continue reading (Ezekiel 40-48), you will see the rebuilding of the Jewish temple in Jerusalem and the coming of the Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ to set up His kingdom. Personally, I believe, we could actually be alive to see some of this happen. So, stay tuned, dearly beloved in Christ, and keep on watching, waiting, working, witnessing for, walking with and worshiping Jesus until He comes.

Question: “What’s up with China?” In my research, I have found numerous articles about China threatening Taiwan, ramming Philippine vessels, using underwater sonar, water cannons, lasers blinding people, threatening and, even wanting to take over the United States and live here.

As I have said before, I believe (and I could be wrong) Israel will eventually defeat Hamas and her other Muslim enemies (Psalm 83). The Lord will then defeat Russia, Iran and their allies who will invade Israel to “capture spoil and to seize plunder (Ezekiel 38-39). Then, I also believe that, at some time after that, the so-called “kings from the east” which, I believe will include China, North Korea and the other nations of the world will march to Megiddo where they will be defeated by the Lord Jesus Christ when He returns to the earth to set up His kingdom (Revelation 19:11-21).

Yes, dearly beloved in Christ, He is coming! And, until He does, we are to watch, wait, work, witness for, walk with and worship Jesus. And, if you are still not a believer in Jesus, there is still time. So, please, agree with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). BEWARE of FALSE CHRISTS!

Good morning, blog readers, from clear and cool (29 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: 5 deer! Thank You, Jesus!

This morning, I watched a video on YouTube, “The Chosen Exposed,” which painted a rather vivid expose’ of the very popular TV series, “The Chosen,” which has taken the world and, sadly, the church, by storm.

And Jesus said to His disciples, in Matthew 24:4, 5: “See to it that no one misleads you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and mislead many.” And, in verses 23, 24, He also said to His disciples: “If anyone says to you, ‘Behold, here is the Christ,’ or ‘There He is,’ do not believe him. For false Christs and false prophets will arise and show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead (deceive, KJV), if possible, even the elect,” that is, the true believers in Jesus.

And so, out of curiosity, I decided to look up in my “Vine’s Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words,” the word “elect” and found that the Greek word (eklektos) also means “chosen.” In other words, one of the “signs” Jesus gave us, leading up to His return, will be that many of the true believers in Jesus will be deceived by “false Christs, prophets and miracles.”

Note: I am in the process of writing a book on “Discernment” which, based on my observation, along with Bible prophecy, is not a priority among truly “born-again” believers in Jesus today, as they should be.

2024: HERE COMES the SUN!

Good morning, blog readers, from misty and cool (42 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: 2 deer and a bunny! Thank You, Jesus!

As I was looking for news this morning, I found this interesting and, perhaps prophetic, article from Space.com:

“The major news about the sun from this year is that we are fast approaching the solar maximum and that it’s going to be more explosive than we initially thought.

Back when the current solar cycle began in 2019, forecasts from space weather scientists suggested that the solar maximum would arrive sometime in 2025 onward and be relatively weak compared to past solar cycles. However, numerous warning signs early in the year, including rising sunspot numbers, powerful X-class solar flares and changes in the Earth’s upper atmosphere, hinted that the solar cycle was not progressing as expected.

In June, Live Science published an exclusive, in-depth feature on the upcoming solar maximum, which revealed that the explosive peak would likely arrive by 2024 and be more active than the initial forecast suggested. And, in October, space weather scientists released an updated forecast for the current solar cycle, which is more in line with what experts told Live Science.

When solar maximum does arrive, we can expect to be bombarded with more solar storms, which will result in frequent auroral displays, radio blackouts, potential satellite problems and disruption to the migration patterns of some animals.

The revised prediction now places Solar Cycle 25’s peak of activity known as “solar maximum” between January and October 2024, according to a NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) statement. The peak will be earlier, stronger and last longer than estimates made in 2019.”

So, why do I bring this up? First of all, Jesus, in Luke 21:25, told His disciples that, before His return, “there will be signs in the sun, the moon and the stars, and upon the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves, men fainting from fear and the expectation of the things which are coming upon the world; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.”

Then, in Revelation 7:16 and 16:8, 9, the apostle John wrote of a time, aka as the “Tribulation,” when the unbelieving world will experience, among other judgments, “the sun bearing down on them with scorching and fierce heat.”

So please, make sure you have trusted Jesus to be your Savior. Because I believe (not all Christians do) that all the truly born-again believers in Jesus will escape this “Tribulation” period., based on Scriptures like I Thessalonians 1:10 and 5:9. So, if you have not trusted Jesus as your Savior from sin and eternal life, simply agree with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16). SCARY CHRISTMAS!

Good morning, blog readers, from cloudy and warm (49 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: 5 deer! Thank You, Jesus!

This morning’s headline from the Gatestone Institute, really got my attention: “World’s Most Dangerous Combination: China and Russia.”

In the article, Gordon G. Chang wrote: “China and Russia are more than just working together. They are forming the core of a new axis. Around this core are proxies and proxies of proxies, such as Iran, North Korea, Algeria, and a host of terrorist groups.

The Chinese and Russian leaders are forming this grouping because they believe the United States, the final guarantor of the international system that frustrates them both, must be taken down. Xi, by among other things, declaring a ‘people’s war’ on America, has made it clear that the U.S. must be destroyed and Americans exterminated. Putin is less ambitious, only wanting the U.S. out of his way as he recreates the Soviet Empire at its greatest extent.

“Washington has little leverage over Russia. There are no carrots to offer to Putin, and the sticks haven’t worked,” according to Rebekah Koffler, author of ‘Putin’s Playbook’ and former Defense Intelligence Agency analyst, to Gatestone, December 2023. In other words, China and Russia are preparing to go to war together. As no country threatens either of them, they are undoubtedly thinking of perpetrating more acts of aggression.”

Question: “Does the Bible say anything about Russia and China?” I believe it does based on passages like Ezekiel 38-39 where Russia, Iran and a host of other nations are led by the Lord God away from one battle (Ukraine?) to go to Israel at a time when she is living in peace (not now) “to seize plunder, to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to capture great spoil.”

And, just when it looks like Israel will be ravaged by this great army, the Lord God Himself comes to her defense and destroys this alliance. Read Ezekiel 38:18-39:29. Bye, bye, Mr. Putin and Russia!

Then, in Revelation 16:12-16, the apostle John wrote: “The sixth angel poured out his bowl (of judgment) on the great river, the Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way would be prepared for the kings from the east. Dr. Henry Morris, in his book, “The Revelation Record,” speculates these “kings from the east” could be: China, Japan, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.” I (Doug) am thinking, based on the current world scene, I would add North Korea to the list, all of whom will be destroyed by the Lord Jesus Christ when He returns to the earth to reign as king (Revelation 19:11-21).

Jesus told His disciples then and now to “stay on the alert (Mark 13:33, 35, 37).” So, dear brothers and sisters in Christ, keep watching, waiting, working, witnessing for, walking with and worshiping Jesus until He comes. And, if you are not a believer in Jesus, why not become one today. Simply agree with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe He died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead (I Corinthians 15:1-4) to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (John 3:16).
