Good morning, blog readers, from rainy and cool (55 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk in the rain (which I cut short), I still saw: 29 robins, 6 grackles, 5 red-winged blackbirds, 4 deer, 3 cranes and a dog! Thank You, Jesus!

Now, I don’t know about you, but I have no idea what the “Metaverse” is, but saw this headline, from the Defender, which perked my interest: “WEF (World Economic Forum) Launches ‘Metaverse’ Initiative, Predicts Digital Lives Will Become ‘More Meaningful to Us Than Our Physical Lives.'”

In the article, Michael Nevradakis, Ph.D, wrote: “The World Economic Forum and major corporations last month launched its ‘Defining and Building the Metaverse’ initiative, with corporate stakeholders jockeying for a role in defining, developing – and profiting – from the technology.”

Wow! Think about it – “Corporate stakeholders jockeying for a role in defining, developing and profiting from the technology.” Sounds to me like a continuation of the “pandemic narrative.”

Meanwhile, back at the war, there was this headline from the AP: “UK boosts Ukraine support with high-tech missile system.” John Leicester reported: “The British government said Monday that the multiple-launch rocket systems it is offering to Ukraine will bring ‘a significant boost in capability for the country’s efforts to resist Russia’s invasion.'”

Then, there was this headline from the AP: “US, S. Korea fire missiles to sea.” In the article, Kim Tong- Hyung wrote: The US and South Korean militaries launched 8 ballistic missiles into the sea Monday in a show of force matching a North Korean missile display a day earlier that extended a provocative streak.” Note: I can’t wait to see what North Korea will do next! Stay tuned!

Oh, and I forgot to tell you, yesterday there were three “strong” (6.3) earthquakes in or near MacQuarie Island, Tonga and the Aleutian Islands, Alaska. Stay tuned for more of these, I believe (and I could be wrong) in the days and weeks to come.

So, there you have it: the Metaverse is coming; the UK is sending a “high tech missile system” to Ukraine, the US and the Koreas are firing missiles into the sea and, best of all, Jesus is coming! I can’t wait! But, wait I must and watch, work, witness for, walk with and worship Jesus until He comes. Yesterday’s Prophecy Conference went well. Praise the Lord! And, speaking of prophecy, which I like to do, there were these, perhaps prophetic, headlines from this morning’s news:

#1. Iran Not Waiting for Nuclear Weapons to Destabilize the Middle East (Gatestone Institute)

#2. North Korea test-fires a salvo of short-range missiles (AP)

#3. We’re Now in the Last Stage of a Tyrannical Takeover (Dr. Joseph Mercola)

In the first article, Khaled Abu Toameh reported: “The goal of Iran’s mullahs is to spread their control to as many countries as possible by using their terrorist proxies, including Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad in the Gaza Strip, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and the Houthi militia in Yemen.

Iran’s rulers are also seeking to increase their political influence in these countries. They aim to turn Iran into a superpower and major player in the Middle East at a time when US influence in the region appears to be dwindling. Needless to say, Iran’s mullahs are not only opposed to peace with Israel. They and their proxies have repeatedly stated their real goal is to eliminate Israel.” Note: Sounds like Psalm 83 to me.

In the second article, the AP Staff wrote: “North Korea test-fired a barrage of short-range ballistic missiles from multiple locations toward the sea on Sunday, South Korean officials said, extending a provocative streak in weapons demonstrations this year that US and South Korean officials said may culminate with a nuclear test explosion.” Note: Another “rumor of war” which could easily turn into a “war” (Matthew 24:6).

And, in the third article, Dr. Joseph Mercola said: “There are ten steps that leaders who want to crush a democracy will always take. We are now at Step 10, and traitors are dissolving the boundaries and sovereignty of the United States. The same is taking place in other nations.

The COVID pandemic was used to strip us of our liberties and to conceptually terraform America into being ready to accept a CCP-style World Economic Forum-guided post-humane and post-constitutional world. We are at war and the federal government, institutions and agencies of various kinds, and the media, have all been weaponized against the public.”

Wow! Wow Wow! Yes, dearly beloved in Christ, the “New World Order” or “Great Reset” is now in motion and, in my opinion (and I could be wrong), setting the stage for the coming of the Antichrist, although I also believe some of the “birth pains” Jesus spoke about in Matthew 24. Mark 13 and Luke 21 will occur while we are still here, right up until the “Rapture of the Church.” So, stay tuned and keep watching, waiting, working, witnessing for and walking with Jesus until He comes. And, my wife Judy, added another “W,” worshiping Jesus. I like that.

Good morning, blog readers, from sunny and cool (58 degrees) Wisconsin where, on my morning walk, I saw: 36 robins, 16 grackles, 12 red-winged blackbirds, 5 doves, a cardinal, a crane, a deer and a squirrel!

I haven’t written much lately about one of my favorite subjects (earthquakes) because there hasn’t been a lot of significant activity. And yet, over the last 24 hours, according to the USGS, there were 7 “moderate” quakes in or near the following places: 5.6 (Japan), 5.5 (the Philippines), 5.4 (Pacific-Antarctica Ridge), 5.2 (Ecuador), 5.1, 5.1 (Alaska) and 5.1 (Northern Mid-Atlantic Ridge).

The apostle John, in Revelation 11:13 and 16:18, tells us there will be two, future “great” earthquakes which, according to the USGS, will be 8.0+ on the Richer Scale. I would encourage you to read those Scriptures to see the magnitude of the damage caused by these “greats.”

But, for now, we should be thankful for the “moderate” (5.0-5.9) quakes because Jesus told us they will increase in frequency and intensity like “birth pains,” as we get closer to His return (Matthew 24:7, 8). And so, based on Jesus’ words, I am looking for the moderate quakes to increase to “strong” (6.0-6.9) quakes, the strong to “major” (7.0-7.9) quakes and the major to “great” (8.0+) quakes before Jesus returns. Read Revelation 11:13 and 16:18-20 to see what the “greats” will do.

So, stay tuned, dear brothers and sisters in Christ, and keep watching, waiting, working, witnessing for and walking with Jesus until He comes and with joy and thanksgiving. And, if you are still not a believer in Jesus, I wonder, “What will it take for you to become one?” Take a look around and ask the question, “Is the world getting better or worse?” Certainly, here in America, it is getting worse with all the shootings, increasing gas prices, food shortages, illegal border crossings, alcohol, drug abuse and suicides on the rise. And, the only real answer to all these problems is: Jesus Who died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead to forgive all your sins, give you eternal life and a home in heaven (I Corinthians 15:1-4; John 3:16; 14:1-6). Good morning, blog readers, from sunny and cool (58 degrees) where, on my morning walk, I saw: 20 grackles, 19 robins, 18 red-winged blackbirds, 6 crows, 6 doves, 2 cranes, 2 dogs, 2 ducks and 2 geese! Thank You, Jesus!

It has been quite a while since I reported on earthquakes, especially in the United States. So, I thought I would let you know that, according to the USGS, there were 21 (2.5-4.7) earthquakes in the U.S. over the last 24 hours. Does that mean anything? I don’t know. But, what I do know is that we are certainly due for some bigger ones. So, stay tuned!

As most of you probably know by now, there was another shooting in the U.S. This one was in a hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma where the gunman killed 4 people, himself and wounded numerous others. What I did not know was what has been going on in Europe of late, as revealed in this headline: “Nightclub needle attacks puzzle European authorities.” Jade Le Deley, of the Associated Press, reported: “More than 300 people have reported being pricked out of the blue with needles at nightclubs or concerts in recent months. Doctors and multiple prosecutors are on the case, but no one knows whose doing it or why, and whether the victims have been injected with drugs – or any other substance.” Note: This has been happening in Belgium, Britain and the Netherlands.

Wow! What a sick world we live in! And, getting sicker! And, based on what I read in Scripture, it will get sicker and more violent, as Jesus said, in Matthew 24:12, “And because lawlessness is increased, most people’s love will grow cold.”

This headline, from Technocracy and News, was really sad: “Remote Learning Apps: Children’s Data Shared at ‘Dizzying Scale.'”

In the article which was posted by Drew Harwell via the Washington Post, he reported: “In one of the biggest grabs in the 21st century, the pandemic forced remote learning on students of all ages. Those apps, in return, sucked uniquely identified data out of millions of students without their or their parent’s knowledge. Data is then sold to a host of third-party companies. This is the ugly side of surveillance capitalism.” Note: Just one more step away from losing our freedoms to becoming slaves of the technocrats whose ultimate goal is transhumanism, that is, man becoming god.

This shouldn’t surprise us, as Christians, as Lucifer, aka Satan or the devil, was never content with being an angel; he wanted to be God (Isaiah 14:12-17; Ezekiel 22:11-19). And now, he continues his “delusions of grandeur” on earth as “a murderer, liar and the father of lies” (John 8:44) until he is first bound for 1,000 years (Revelation 20:2) and, then, thrown into the “lake of fire” where he, the antichrist, false prophet and all the unbelievers of all time “will be tormented day and night forever and ever (Revelation 20:10).”

So, let me ask you a question: “Where will you spend your eternity?” You have two choices: Heaven or Hell. Please know that God’s desire is that you will spend eternity in heaven with Him, Jesus, the Holy Spirit and all the believers in Jesus of all time who have been saved by God’s grace through faith in Christ, His death, burial and resurrection (Ephesians 2:8, 9; I Corinthians 15:1-4). These two headlines from this morning’s news once again fall into the “rumors of war” category:

#1. Taiwan jets scramble as 30 Chinese aircraft enter air defense zone (Jerusalem Post)

#2. Nuclear Iran Not an “Acceptable Risk” (Gatestone Institute)

In the first headline which was published by Reuters, the Staff reported: “Taiwan on Monday reported the largest incursion since January by China’s air force in its defense zone, with the island’s defense ministry saying Taiwanese fighters scrambled to warn away 30 aircraft in the latest uptick in tensions.”

In the second article, Peter Vincent Pry wrote: “One might well wonder if the CNAS (Center for a New American Security) study is a ‘trial balloon’ from the Biden Administration to begin preparing the nation and world psychologically for the advent of Iran’s ‘Islamic bomb.’

One might also wonder if the CNAS study is an attempt to justify consequent U.S. retreat from the Middle East, not as another humiliating defeat, but as a prudent and wise reprioritization of resources to meet the threat from China.”

President Biden is defunding nuclear weapons critical to U.S. national security, such as the SCLM-N and B-83. He is also still seriously considering the abolition of U.S. intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs,) and is doing nothing to accelerate desperately needed modernization of the U.S. nuclear deterrent – despite increasing threats from Russia, China, North Korea and Iran.”

As I have said before, based on Ezekiel 38 and 39, Russia and Iran will, one day, be destroyed by the Lord God Himself and China and North Korea, aka in Scripture as “the kings from the east” will be destroyed by the Lord at Armageddon (Revelation 16:12-16; 19:11-21). This morning, this headline from EarthSky, reminded me we are about to enter into another hurricane season: “Hurricane names for 2022 ; Is yours on the list?”

In the article, posted by Deanna Connors and the Editors of EarthSky, they reported: “The 2022 Atlantic hurricane season officially starts June 1 (Tuesday) and extends through November 30. On May 24, 2022, the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Climate Prediction Center released the hurricane season outlook for this year. They’re predicting an above-average season for the seventh consecutive year, with 14 to 21 named storms. They predict that six to ten of those will become hurricanes, and that there should be between three to six major hurricanes with winds 111 mph or higher.

NOAA said last year, 2021, was: the third most active year on record in terms of named storms. It marks the sixth consecutive above-normal season, and this was the first time on record that two consecutive hurricane seasons exhausted the list of 21 storm names.”

And, in case you’re wondering, this year’s names for the Atlantic hurricanes are: Alex, Bonnie, Colin, Danielle, Earl, Fiona, Gaston, Hermine, Ian, Julia, Karl, Lisa, Martin, Nicole, Owen, Paula, Richard, Shary, Tobias, Virginie and Walter.

So, what’s the big deal about hurricanes? Well, let me remind you that Dr. Luke, in his gospel, (Chapter 21:25, 26), wrote these words: “And there will be signs in the sun and moon and stars, and upon the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the waves, men fainting from fear and the expectation of the things which are coming upon the world for the powers of the heavens will be shaken.” Then, in verses 27 and 28, Luke wrote, “And then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. But when these things (read verses 8-24) begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.” Hallelujah! Glory to God! So, are you ready for Jesus to come? If you are a believer in Him, you should be excited about His coming and be busy: watching, waiting, working, witnessing for and walking with Jesus until He comes. And, if you are not a believer in Jesus, why not become one right now by agreeing with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior (Romans 3:23, 24) and believe Jesus died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (I Corinthians 15:1-4; John 3:16). And, in conclusion, on this Memorial Day, let us be thankful for the freedoms we still enjoy and the brave men and women in the military, past and present, who have served and even died to preserve those freedoms. This morning, I saw this headline in The Christian Post: “A new ‘Jesus movement’? Evangelist Nick Hall says Gen Z is hungry for ‘something supernatural.'”

In the article, Ian M. Giatti reports: “Nick Hall, founder of PULSE, believes an entire generation of Billy Grahams is on the verge of rising up.” He told The Christian Post: “We really do believe we’re on the dot of a new Jesus movement.”

Really? I am thinking (and I could be wrong) the “something supernatural” will be demonic based on what Jesus said in Matthew 24:4, 5 and 11 to His disciples: “See to it that no one misleads you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many. And, in verse 11, He also said: “And at that time many will fall away and will deliver up one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise, and will mislead many.” And, in verses 23 and 24, He said: “Then if anyone says to you, ‘Behold, here is the Christ,’ or ‘There He is,’ do not believe him. For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect.”

Personally, I believe (and I could be wrong) the next pouring out of the Spirit of God will be during the so-called “Tribulation” when the 144,000 Jewish evangelists go into the world and preach the true gospel that Jesus is the Jewish Messiah and Savior of the world. And, as a result, we read in Revelation 7:9, 10: “After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude, which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb (Jesus), clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands; and they cry out with a loud voice, saying, ‘Salvation to our God Who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.'”

Sadly, some of the biggest names in evangelical Christianity are scheduled to appear at this “Together 22” Event which will be held at the Cotton Bowl Stadium in Dallas, Texas, June 24-25.

Let me remind you, Jesus, in Matthew 24:10, and Paul, in II Thessalonians 2:3, said there would be a “falling away or apostasy from the faith” before the Antichrist appears and declares that he is God.

And so, dearly beloved in Christ, please heed Jesus’ words from Matthew 24:4, “See to it that no one misleads you.” We need to be like the Bereans “who received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so (Acts 17:11).” So, let us keep watching, waiting, working, witnessing for and walking with Jesus until He comes. And, if you are not a believer in Jesus, please, I beg you, agree with God you are a sinner who needs a Savior Who is Jesus (Romans 3:23, 24) Who died on a cross for your sins, was buried and raised from the dead to forgive all your sins and give you eternal life (I Corinthians 15:1-4; John 3:16). This headline, from yesterday’s Jewish News Service, caught my eye this morning: “Ongoing arms race: Israel’s air-defense systems versus Iranian-led axis’s missiles.”

In the article, Yaakov Lappin reported: “Tehran’s strategy is to surround the Jewish state with as many ‘fire bases’ as it can – from Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, the Gaza Strip, and in the future, from the West Bank, as well as from Iran itself. On the other side of the arms race, Israel is boosting its air attack, ground maneuvering, firepower and intelligence capabilities to take on this threat. Defensively, Israel is also working around the clock to boost its world-leading multi-tier-air-defense systems.”

As I have pointed out before, Psalm 83 lists the above nations (verses 6-8) who will try to “wipe them (Israel) out as a nation that the name of Israel be remembered no more (verse 4).” And, also in my opinion (and I could be wrong), Israel’s “exceedingly great army” (Ezekiel 37:10) will defeat their enemies.

Then, I believe (and I could be wrong), at a time when Israel is living in peace in a “land of unwalled villages, at rest and living securely without walls and having no bars or gates (certainly not now),” that’s when Russia, Iran and a host of other nations will invade Israel “to capture spoil and to seize plunder” (Ezekiel 38:11, 12), only to be defeated by the Lord God Himself (Ezekiel 38:18-39:29). And, as I have said before, I believe (and I could be wrong), it is quite possible we might live to see both of these wars.

So, stay tuned, dear brothers and sisters in Christ and keep watching, waiting, working, witnessing for and walking with Jesus until He comes.
